Order Processing
We aim to process and pack all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly.
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
We currently offer shipping to the following regions:

International: We offer worldwide shipping for our fragrance. Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7–14 business days.

A Note on Fragrance Shipping
Fragrance is classified as a "Dangerous Good" by many international postal authorities due to its alcohol content, which must be transported via ground or specialized shipping methods. Because of this, certain international shipments may take longer than standard non-liquid goods. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your perfume travels safely to your doorstep.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, please be aware that your purchase may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific rates and regulations before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has left our studio, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this link to follow the journey of your Allegra Lumière fragrance. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update once your parcel has been scanned by the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, should your package be lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at isabelle.mana15@hotmail.com. Please include your order number and, in the case of damage, photographs of the parcel and the product so that we may assist you promptly.
